A fresh approach to Project & Construction Management

A History of Maes Howe

The Maes Howe organisation is named after the house in which its founder, Steve Thornton lives. The house itself is named after an ancient Cairn in the Orkney Isles.

The construction of the Cairn some 5,000 years ago, was an engineering masterpiece, achieving a level of excellence which is still to be admired today.

Maes Howe aspires to a level of excellence rarely achieved in the markets we serve and we hope that, having experienced our service, you will agree that we are worthy of our aspirations.
